When you fill out and submit the subscription form, MySamasati will send you an email asking you to confirm your subscription, to make sure that no one can subscribe for you. Once you confirm your subscription by clicking on the link in the confirmation email, you'll begin to receive the meditations in your email once a day.

You can unsubscribe from MySamasati at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the daily meditation you receive.
